Guarantee

We do our utmost to make happy customers. If you need to return or exchange something, no problem. We will gladly issue a refund or exchange on merchandise that meets our return policy.

Ordering

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Due to the exclusive nature of our offerings things do tend to go fast. If a product does not appear in a specific size and color in the drop-down menu, this means the item has sold out. Please be aware that even if the product is in your shopping bag it isn't reserved and will therefore be available to other customers while you are browsing.

After your information has been reviewed and your stock located, packaged, and shipped you will receive a confirmation of shipment. We do our best to process and ship all orders within 24 business hours. If there is a delay beyond 48 hours or any question arises we will contact you via email.

Domestic Shipping

Domestic shipping is available for all U.S. states & Canada.

USPS is our preferred carrier because of their speedy service and Saturday deliveries. They also allow us to ship to PO Boxes and APO addresses.

Shipping costs for Priority Mail are based on the price of your order and range from $9.95 to $14.95. Shipping is free on all orders of $200 or more. Parcel Post Packages arrive within 3-7 days. Priority Mail is available for an additional $10. Most Priority packages arrive within 2-3 days of shipment. It is rare, but there are occasional delays. If you require a guaranteed delivery date please use Express Mail.

USPS Express Mail is available for all domestic orders for an additional $30. Orders using this method are guaranteed to arrive the next day, if placed by 10 AM EST, otherwise they will arrive the following day. Please note that the Post Office is closed on Sundays & all government holidays, so all orders and inquiries placed during that time will be addressed the following business day. If your package fails to arrive on time, please contact us and we will issue you a refund on your shipping costs.

International Orders

We ship internationally to the following territories: Western Europe, Scandinavian Countries, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and Japan.

For International orders we ship USPS AirMail, which arrives in approximately 10 business days to most countries. The price is between $20 & $35 and is based on the total amount of your order. To find out the cost for shipment you can add your selections to your shopping cart and select your method of delivery from the International Shipping Option at the top of the shopping cart. The shipping total will be displayed for you before checkout. Please note that the time your package will take to clear customs can vary from time to time and country to country.

Customs: Please note that you will be responsible for all duties, tariffs, and taxes charged by your own country. All transactions will be in U.S. dollars. We're sorry, but due to customs regulations we can't offer gift wrapping to our international customers.

Should you place an international order and then refuse delivery, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Bijou.

Pre-Orders

On occasion we will make some styles available for Pre-Order. You can place your order through the site as usual. Payment is required in order to reserve your item and once the shipment has arrived your order will be fulfilled.

Sizing

Here is a size chart for items from international designers. In order to help you make the best size choice we also include any special fit advice in our product descriptions. If you still need guidance, please don't hesitate to drop us a line. We're happy to help!

Returns

Returns must be received by us within 14 days of the ship date for domestic customers and 30 days for international customers. Items must be in new condition with all tags attached and original packaging materials such as garment bags included. Please be aware that any item that has had its tags cut off, been worn, washed, altered, or blemished in any way will be refused. Sale items or items purchased with a coupon code can also be returned for a full refund or exchange with the exception of occasional final clearance items which are marked down more than 60% off original prices. Final clearance items will be marked as thus in the product description.

We regret that shipping on returned merchandise is non-refundable nor are any taxes and duties incurred on international orders. However, if you are making an exchange we will send the new order out to you without any additional shipping or handling charges. In the rare event that you receive a faulty item or if your item was damaged in transit please contact us immediately. It's imperative that you save all packaging material so we can inform our carrier of the problem.

You will receive an email notification with all the details of your return once it has been processed which normally takes approximately 7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card holder may take additional time to post the credit to your account.
